Helicoidal fans

This series of helicoidal fans in suitable to convey large volumes of air, normally without ducts. The impeller, in shaped and angled aluminium sheet, is manufactured with 6 blades in such a way as to allow a very low noise level during operation. The motor, directly joined to the impeller, is fixed to a circular frame manufactured in steel sheet and welded steel sections. Four fins, welded on the edge of the circular frame, allow easy mounting of the fan. The fitted motors are: asynchronous, B5 type, 4 or 6 poles, totally enclosed, finned, selventilated, for continuous duty, threephase or single phase, UNEL and IEC standardized.

The fans in this series can be supplied in two types:

- type A: the air flow goes from the motor to the impeller
- type B: the air flow goes from the impeller to the motor

If the type is not specified at the time of ordering the fans in this series are supplied in type A.

On request it is possible to supply a safety grid for all these helicoidal fans.
